Massive granite boulders and towering trees are everywhere in Granite Bay. It has a wonderful country feel even though it is a bustling suburb. The well-maintained beauty of the area is ripe with custom homes, estate properties and Folsom Lake trails and is the top-priced zip code in Placer County.

The weather is superb- most of the year a comfortable 70s-80s temperature, with the occasional surprise of an overcast day. The proximity to Sacramento and Folsom as well as the Galleria Mall makes Granite Bay an idyllic place to live.
